Our school district could not have had a better experience. Second Life Mac is the third vendor (in the history of our 1:1) with which we have worked to flip our devices and has been by far the best experience. The entire process was quick and painless for me - which I greatly appreciated. They sent me the exact number of boxes (with great directions) for me to pack up our devices as students turned them in. Communication with the team at Second Life Mac was fast, friendly, and professional. We will absolutely be exclusively working with Second Life Mac for all of our device buyback needs.
