This is the worst I’ve ever had to deal with Pueblo/traditional/professional. This place has no sense of structure, process, customer service sense. They own Dancing Eagle a few miles down IH-40 and the sense of instability still shows in that place too. Wow you guys need to get it together. There are other casinos like Missouri and Kansas that got it together and actually make it worthwhile the drive. Jeez ppl you don’t answer completely to the state do you?
