Hired Shannon Mitchell with Sky-Tech Glazing to build 1 large skylight and 2 small skylights for our home. Took months longer than promised and when they finally came to deliver the skylights, the large one was mistakenly made nearly 2 feet too wide. They had come to measure the space multiple times before. How could they make such a big mistake? We were forced into taking the skylight that was too big. They made adjustments in the framing for it to fit. We could not wait another 4 months for them to make a new skylight. The owner Shannon gave us an insulting nominal discount for his very incorrectly sized skylight and was not friendly about it at all. Stay away from this company.
