I love my new place! The company was very helpful with everything. They worked with me on a payment plan to pay first month’s rent and security deposit. The girl in the front office Mary Bay Flannigan was so kind during the process, she let me look at the property several times before I actually signed my lease. There were a few problems that needed to be fixed with the property and she helped get those fixed and taken care of. She also had recommendations for cable/internet for the property and even helped find someone to move me from my old place into my new apartment. The maintenance has been out twice to the property to look at and take care of something that needed to be fixed. They are working on a online pay system which will make paying rent amazing, so looking forward to that as a perk. Very satisfied with the company in my first two months. :)

They are not a great place to try to rent from you have to pay a 50 application fee and plus they want you to get a background check which is like 25,and if you don't get approve you spent all that money for nothing that's too much money
