We are thrilled with our two new Velux Skylights in our bonus room and our Sun Tunnel in the master closet from Skylights NW! Eric (and his employees) were top notch from beginning to end. They were professional and timely. They communicated the process every step of the way if we had questions. And the best part of all (besides the quality work and attention to detail) is that they carefully protected everything in the areas where they worked and cleaned up totally and completely (this is a big deal for me)! Eric replaced two old skylights for us a couple of years ago, advised us on shades, and helped us through the Energy Trust paperwork. Our new skylights are great and we love the shades. After an ice storm, a piece of the flashing came loose - Eric was out the day we called him and fixed it at no charge. Awesome service!
Eric's work is amazing. He installed 2 skylights in my bedroom and it took just two days. He made sure to keep the space clear while he was working and when it was done it really didn't require any work on our end to "finish" the project. We are so pleased with the end result. It's transformed our space and NW Skylights did an amazing job. I would highly recommend Eric and team.
Excellent company to do business with! Replaced a LARGE skylight for us that was about 25 years old, and was in need of an upgrade. Pricing was fair for the custom skylight and the service, education, and prompt response to my questions were very appreciated! Will work with them again in the future.
They have awesome customer service you cannot find anywhere else! We drove all the way to Portland from Vancouver for the customer service. We bought some parts we were told to buy by our contractor doing a skylight install because he thought we didn't have enough. They are super friendly and professional. I highly recommend!

I love my skylights! I had three vented skylights installed with solar blinds in my finished attic. The lighting they provide complete the room while adding much need airflow to the space. I am impressed with how efficient Eric & his teammate were in getting them installed. Eric is very easy to communicate with, excellent at answering my questions and helping me navigate any concerns I had about "putting holes in my roof." I would highly recommend giving them a call!
