Update to my original post: finally had the ceiling painted where skylight was installed. The painter got shellac paint on the screen and glass of skylight. I called Joe to ask how to address this. He said no worries I’ll come take care of it. He didn’t have to do that. He came and removed the paint from the screen and glass. He’s just the nicest most genuine guy. Please don’t hesitate to call him for any skylight needs! Skylights of Long Island Plus is awesome. Joe and Joe are quite the team. They absolutely know what they are doing. This is their specialty. If you need a skylight fixed or replaced or installed definitely call them. They have been doing this for decades and I would not hesitate to use them again Joe installed a beautiful Velux solar powered skylight. He showed me how to use it. He wasn’t in a rush to get out of my home. . I have a huge fear of contractors as I’ve had some really bad ones at my home. Joe knew I was petrified. He walked me through the whole process. He answered my many many questions. He always answers his phone and responds quickly to emails. He gives an amazing warranty and truly stands by his work. That is hard to find these days. Thanks Joe!

Joe and Joe were amazing! I had 3 skylights replaced. From the beginning they walked me through everything and made me feel secure in the process. They were very informative leading up to the install, on time, clean, and super knowledgeable! They went above and beyond by cleaning my gutters, fixing my skylight pole, and fixing the interiors around my windows. I couldn’t be happier with the service they provided!

I arranged an appointment withJoe and he came to my home on time as as promised. He made me aware of replacement options I did not know existed. He provided me with a high quality custom product at a fair price. I went from plastic cracked skylights to UV protection tinted glass skylights without having to rip up my roof thanks to Joe's advice. January 2020 Joe was great to deal with...gave a fair price...kept in touch regarding order and scheduling install. Arrived on time (with partner Joe and son Mike)...removed old and installed new in about 5 hours. Cleaned up great. Would use them again.
