We purchased a home four years ago. We have had nothing but problems. Our water heater went up in three years. A vent wasn't installed on the roof. Mold formed in one year in both bathrooms. The floored raised everything the heat came on.Now the roof is leaking and the inspector came out and could not find it. We had a roofer come out a week later and he found that two nails are rusty. The roof doesn't meet spec. It was not installed properly and we will have problems in the future. Our living room ceiling is falling. So now we need a new roof, painter, and dry waller in four years. Home First which is an insurance provided through Clayton home we says it is not structural because there inspector couldn't find it. However the professional roofer did. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SKYLINE PRODUCTS! I DO NOT RECOMMEND HOME FIRST INSURANCE.

Purchased a home from them through AGL of Avon, NY. Come to find out thanks to wind damage after 20 years it wasnt constructed correctly. No outer plyboard underneath the insulation board like a REAL house would. Also the back of the house is not square. You dont find these things out until things happen because who removes their siding on purpose to see if they built it right. NO ONE!

DO NOT EVER PURCHASE A SKYLINE HOME. We purchased our SKyline Home in 2018, July. In August we opened our first Service Ticket for the Air Conditioning Unit. 2 Years later they have still not resolved the problem. They make promises they do not keep. Try calling them, all you get are machines. Saturday last, they were scheduled to come out, - NO SHOW. Yesterday the were again supposed to come out, again NO SHOW. Today, 35 calls, no return call. BUYER BEWARE, Skyline does not support their workmanship, Customer Service is Non-Existence. There are 200 lots in our Association and we are posting this to our Blog site as well.

Purchased a new unit from this place and have had several problems. Then, they don't back up their work or honor the extended warranty I purchased. It was always \somebody else's problem to fix.\ You built that thing at your shop but it's not your responsibility. Buy your unit somewhere else. You will have nothing but headaches dealing with these people.

Not a bad place to work or to buy a manufactured house from
