The staff genuinely cares about the clients as well as the other staff members. Supervisors work with staff to accommodate schedules and needs as much as possible. Just in the last week, staff members worked long hours helping clients pack, move to new homes, clean their old homes, organize, and set up their new homes while utilizing their own vehicles and trailers to make the transitions swift and smooth. All supervisors have open-door policies and are happy to help wherever they can. I genuinely enjoy working for SLStart and being part of a team that is always available to help each other out while ensuring clients are given the best care.
