My son worked here they started him out well but fired him after 3 weeks because he couldn’t learn quick enough for them from what he told me he was doin his best an they only gave him 3 weeks before deciding to fire him didn’t even give him his 90 day trial

I have worked for this company 4 years and was fires last week for refusal to do my job!! I have always done my job plus others of they needed help. A fixer is never took off there job to weave and when I stated that fact he said it was not my problem anymore I was fired right then after I had done weaved for him all week lond and after making a statement he let me go! Rhys gilliard knows nothing about the weave room and am emoloyees will tell you that!! He has had it out for me since day one im the highest paid female in the plant and also am the only gay person in the plant so for which reason he had it out for me I do not know but I am pushing this because I love my job I never refused to do my job and he can not do this to ppl I've contacted eoc labor board etc and I will make sure this does not happen to the next female!!!!!
