I went in on March 22 and ordered a bed frame (head board and foot board) mattress and box spring.. Here we are April 25th with a number of calls and nobody calls back or gives you a straight answer.. So far I am not happy with this place and would not recommend if you need something ASAP.. maybe if you have months to wait

Our salesman, greg, the Patchogue store, was extremely knowledgeable for each mattress I Tried and asked about! Took his time with us and definitely not pushy, respectful of my concerns because I had a sleep number bed for 15 yrs!!! So to pick a mattress was very hard for me. Until Greg said, tell me what you want? Then took us over to a winner!!!!! The delivery service was impeccable! 2 great young men. Extremely careful, courteous and funny! So on time also with phone call we’ll be there 20-30 minutes and they were!!! I give sleepworks, Greg and the 2 delivery guys 100 stars ️

Worked with joe, I came in while they were getting ready to close and he reopened just so I could look around, was very accommodating. I put a small down deposit on a great bed that was 50% off (wow deal) and came back 2 days later, was a little hiccup locating the bed itself but it was moved so my partner could test it out, customer service was great made sure we liked the bed before finalizing the sale, loaded the bed into the truck. Very professional just make sure to check receipt as they forgot to take off Delivery fee as we picked it up ourselves. Would highly recommend

TERRIBLE SALES SERVICE. DO NOT EVER THINK ABOUT GOING GOING TO THUS LOCATION OR THIS COMPANY. Sales rep repeated insulted my mattress at home calling it disgusting trash. I worked hard to pay for that and i don’t know who this guy thinks he is.
