Had a great experience with John and his team. They installed a Ruckus system in my house. The service was fast, efficient and personal to the point that they even came round on Saturday morning to fine tune system. Would definitely recommend.

Hired this company for a job that cost a few thousand dollars Was given great service before we had signed a contract. After the contract, installation was done incorrectly: There was a large mess left, which was a safety hazard for our puppies. The WiFi signal has not been strong since installation. The team also placed the box in a different place than instructed to (even though all wiring was there). We also got no help in setting up our WiFi accessories. Management has been procrastinating the fix to these basic needs. Ultimately they told us we had to pay 175/hour for them to fix the work they never completed. We made a big error on not requesting them to put verbal discussions into the contract. Since installation began we have had nothing but headaches trying to get them to come back, clean up, and organize the installation properly.

Taimur, from Slice Wireless came by promptly to address some internet issues we were having and managed to make everything work again flawlessly. He rewired our entire internet equipment and explained every step he was taking to keep me informed. He was very knowledgeable about the whole process. Overall, he was very professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend him enough for his services! Final results: Entire internet equipment rewired, 4 new routers set with capability to connect over 200 devices in the same time and cover over 15k square feet of space! Now our high-end lounge located on Columbus Circle have a high-end internet! Slice Wireless and Taimur, thank you again for a phenomenal job!

Billy Chang and Taimur Khan supported the WiFi and Ethernet networks for Bitcamp 2018. The WiFi was the most reliable we have had thus far, and when faced with hiccups they fixed them promptly. Taimur communicated with our power vendor and the University's Department of IT to ensure that the event ran smoothly. He was also an effective point of contact and answered all of my questions promptly. Both Billy and Taimur were fun people to work with, and I'm glad that we had them with us throughout the weekend!
