Well it's been 48hrs and he still haven't fixed my phone .. He told me the problem was one thing then turn around and tell me it's another thing .. The whole thing is a SCAM FOR MONEY . I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO SPEND THEY MONEY HERE! GO SPEND A CHEAPER PRICE FOR A PROFESSIONAL FIX

My dog had the pleasure of grabbing my phone and chewing it, when I was not paying attention last night (27 Nov, 2017). My phone would lose display and act on its own opening/closing apps. My friend recommended iRepair Wireless and when I turned it into Nick the technician today (on 28 Nov, 2017) got my phone screen and everything fixed. He got it fixed within 2 hours and my phone looks good as new, fairly priced, great customer service and Nick is very knowledgeable. Pics attached...I was afraid I would have to get a new phone but thankfully iRepair Wireless saved the day.
Brought my phone in for a screen repair was fixed 25 mins later with no problem.
My boyfriend took his phone here after he busted the top of his screen. I'm giving them two stars ONLY because the tech stayed late. But the fact that it took from 6:30 pm to after one in the morning was kinda crazy. I saw a lot of reviews about super quick service. Then we were told he had to go to the warehouse and when we called no one answered us. I tracked the phone through find my iPhone only to find it all the way in New Orleans east. After calling his phone with no answer and then texting the numbers for the store we finally got an answer after midnight. I just think we should have been better informed as to what was happening. We're also very worried the screen won't work correctly since we have now read a lot of terrible reviews. Update: My boyfriend has informed me that the screen was poorly repaired with an LED screen instead of an OLED like the iPhone 11 pro max is supposed to have and the phone is glitch good. Woke up to a notification and then it opened to the face ID then switched to the pin screen. When he opened the phone it brought up several apps which he could not close and had to restart his phone.
I recommend that you avoid this establishment if at all possible. They play a bait and switch game. I called 4 places to get the best price on my iPhone X screen repair. My best price was from this establishment on the phone, By about 20. When I got to the store I was informed that the price they gave me was for their lowest quality screen. In order to get the best quality I had to add 20 more dollars. Then I had to add 25 for doing the work. Then I had to add another 6.95 for a screen protector. Oh, they would reduce the repair charge from 25-15 if I would do an online rating. So, with him watching my rating, I got my discount and then change the rating for one star. I would make it zero stars if possible. The owners numbers posted on his van out front, so I tried calling her to talk to him, and of course his mailbox is full and cannot receive messages. A very unhappy customer
