I’ve always had a positive shopping experience at this location until this week. Staff rude and lack willingness to assist. Went earlier this week and the associate acted as if I was invisible. Decided to give it another try today. Different associate same experience. I will NEVER shop here again. Willing to spend my money where the workers are customer friendly and not reluctant to do their job.
Staff was very rude. I went in to buy a pair of vans and i was about to purchase when i looked at the shoe and the laces were stained. I asked if they had another pair and the employee, Destiny, replied “you can buy them if you want. What do you want me to do about it?” I then asked if they had extra laces that i could relace them with and she replied “you can buy the laces separately if you want. Or you can just buy them and clean if yourself”. Throughout my whole 5 minute visit she was rude, disrespectful, and unwilling to help me. I merely wanted a pair of vans , preferably unstained, but i guess thats too complicated of a request.

I honestly never had such a thoughtful and caring experience in a retail store until today. The manager Nicole Tyler made my daughter and I’s experience so special. It’s almost a month before Christmas and she has officially kicked off the holiday spirit for me. Thanks Nicole!
