The cases these guys make are fantastic. The materials are great, the powder coating is actually done well. I got a mini itx case from them, and to make a small build work within that form factor is tough. Their case design is such that you can access everything with relative ease of effort. The times I reached out for support, their people were helpful. The one thing, there may be an extended lead time on a case if all specific components ordered aren’t ready right then. But that’s easily an acceptable delay for a quality end product!

Absolutely awesome team. My first ever order from Sliger went smooth, but with one hiccup. The team had been slammed from holiday sales, but responded to my emails inquiring about shipping dates. They sent very friendly emails back telling me possible dates and that one piece was waiting to be made before shipment could occur. I also made a phone call as the time slipped a little and they upgraded my shipping to make up for lost time! When I received my case I was still missing the handle. I also inquired on this about a week later and received another friendly email letting me know when it would ship. Soon after that my handle shipped and I received an email letting me know it was on the way along with the tracking number. Even though it took sometime (due to the holiday season) to get my case shipped... I will be recommending this company and team to anyone looking to get a new case. Thank you Sliger Designs / Sliger Team you've been top notch every step of the way. I truly appreciate you all and after putting the case together know this was money well spent both for the item (very well thought out and constructed) and for the customer service. Keep it up!

Misleading shipment and delivery information, nonexistent customer service. If your swamped or having production issues, announce it, post it prominently. That information needs to be available before we order, we shouldn't discover it weeks into delays and through postings on various sites and forums.

They claim that a typical order ships in 1-3 business days. It has been 10 business days (2 full weeks!) and my case just shipped today. Great customer service though once you call in! Will update once I receive the case.

REALLY SLOW RESPONSE & SHIPMENT! I ordered my white Cerberus in Aug 10th and got it at Aug 29th, given I lived in North California and shipping usually takes 1 day from Nevada so you know the speed. And even worse, they missed my additional items other that the case and I still haven't got a valid update from their customer service (all I got it we're working on it). I'd really wish I order from Amazon for some other brands as that only takes 2 days instead of 1 months!
