These people had great customer service and patience. My father is one of those difficult customers who tends to doubt quite a few things. Yesterday we went to get his cracked screen fixed and it was done quickly at a reasonable price. Today my father was convinced that his phone was changed and I took him just so that he could get the same explanation from them as to why that couldn't be done in that amount of time. They were smiling and took the time to educate us on the process. Just to ease all doubt I took him to the Apple store to get the same explanation there. Thank you both for your patience and I'm sorry.

Update-Got a replacement phone for my iPhone which is a year newer. I could have done better research about the risks associated with replacing the screen of the phone. Hopefully my photos are backed up to computer since I didn’t use cloud backup. Better communication with their customers and a waiver explaining the risks of the type of work they do on phones would definitely help better this business. Original review-Smart Fix stole my phone!!! Just because I had good service in the past I shouldn’t have assumed that I would get good service again. I dropped off my iPhone 6 Plus to have the screen replaced and was told to return in 30 minutes. After paying when I returned in 45 minutes, my phone wouldn’t turn on. They asked me to wait about another hour while they troubleshooted the phone. After not being able to turn it on they asked me to come back the next day. The next day a different person was ‘working’ on my phone but claimed they needed at send it to their techs in LA to be fixed but she needed 2 days. I reluctantly agreed to wait two days which was a mistake because two weeks later they still have not returned my phone. I’ve started the process to file a theft report with the police department. Please avoid this or any of the Smart Fix locations or you might end up with a broken or stolen phone as I sadly did.

Service was great. They knew every answer, to ever question. Than you so much for your time. I think the lady was training the young man in the pictures. But they were very helpful. And knowledgeable. Great prices. Service is very fast.

Very happy with my experience at Smart Fix. The pricing is right on, affordable and reasonable. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and informing. I got my wife's iPhone SE done there for a great deal. They are fast and reliable. Her phone is working great and I see no problems with it.

Fast & Cheap! Timing was perfect. Took about 20 min to fix! And I had a 1 year warranty. Definitely would reccommend!!! Thank you guys:)
