Everything was fantastic, from the salesman to the finance office. Smooth and very accommodating. On a side note, the car I was driving to go and see the new car experienced transmission problems upon arrival. It wasn't going to be used for a trade or anything. It's my main vehicle. Riley, one of the service technicians, jumped into action and assisted us with our problem, making the whole stressful situation so much more bearable. I don't know what we would have done without him. He is a fine human being, a great service technician and a definite asset to Smart Ford.
