Thank you to Smart Signs for enhancing our professional appearance at the Scottish Rite Cathedral with the installation of an LED digital sign. Programming the sign is a snap; photos and graphics are added with ease. As a banquet center, our brides are thrilled that we are able to display a photo of the couple on the marquee along with their "congratulations" message. The technical support feature has been very responsive; and for the one glitch they could not solve, Brandon came out and took care of it. And being able to program the sign from the office instead of braving the elements is priceless!

When I was instructed to look for a vendor to replace our LED message board, it felt like a daunting task. I quickly learned of the many hurdles one can face when dealing with unknown territories. Brandon and Joe were saviors. They found the right sign for us, which turned out to not be the most expensive option they had. I felt comfortable knowing they wanted to ensure satisfaction in the product and not sell the biggest ticket item they had. Additionally, they handled all of the permits and zoning, again taking away the stress. Installation was straightforward and completed on time. Since the install both Brandon and Joe have reached out personally to make sure we were happy with the product as well as answer any residual questions. As far as I am concerned, there is only one sign vendor in the Pittsburgh region. Thanks guys!

Brandon was great to work with and helped us to create an awesome sign that we love! When the sign was up and there were a couple things that were not working correctly Brandon got it fixed the same day and we haven’t had a problem since. I would recommend them to anyone.
