When I started smile direct club I did the kit. They were horrible. At the end of my 6 months I was not happy with my smile. I called them and they were more than happy to help me but this time around they sent me to a smile center. Let me tell you the Carrie took great care of me! I felt she went above and beyond to keep me comfortable AND my smile made 10 times the progress. If you can pick definitely go in and see her! Well worth the trip!
Carrie was great! I made my appointment at 5 and was there at 6! Everything was very easy and quick. Glad to finally get the ball rolling on this. Even more excited to have straight, white teeth for my wedding next year!
Everyone was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. The 3D scam was quick and easy and they explained everything I needed to know. Definitely would recommend for anyone considering getting their teeth straightened and whitened.
Sam was really kind and lovely. It was my first time at a dental appointment that was easy, transparent and a pleasure. Grateful for the freebees (I know after you drop almost 2gs they aren’t really free, but still it was nice). Many thanks to her. I was having a hard day and she immediately keyed into that and helped me have a good appointment.
The service was excellent! And the review was really good. Also the presentation was nicely detailed and thorough. When I went there I received a 25 Gift Card and a Teeth Whitening kit! I am most definitely going to recommend this to my peers and family! Thanks for the great service!
Excellent service! Made me feel comfortable about something that I've been uncomfortable with my whole life. Definitely will be and is recommending everyone who isn't comfortable with their smile to go give them a visit! Great job! Can't wait for my aligners to come!
My experience at the Smile Direct Club or "SmileShop" was quite pleasant. The customer service was amazing!! I appreciated how engaging Sam was and she didn't make it feel like a daunting experience. She was also very encouraging about how I view myself and my smile now, before fully committing to the service. I haven't tried the aligners, but I will update my review once I do.
