My visit to the smile direct club was really great! All the ladies were friendly. Vanessa was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. I am excited to see how my new smile turns out. So far I can say I rate smile direct a 5 because of friendly knowledgeable staff. I will update in the future of how the aligners are being effective.

Had a very pleasant experience overall. Adi was super patient, considerate and professional. He was really understanding about my teeth concerns. He really make me feel comfortable about sharing my personal insecurities and explained everything in a very thorough and detailed manner. I am so pleased that I was helped by someone so passionate about helping someone want to feel better about themselves. I will definitely recommend because of his magnificent service. I was very happy about the pricing and convenience of the services provided and can’t wait to start my treatment! Thank you! P.S. I was a little hesitant to join the Smile Direct Club, but after today's consultation with Danielle I am glad I finally did. Part of what kept me away initially was the idea of doing my own impressions (teeth molding) for the aligners. Good news is- coming here means I get a 3D scan instead (picture of mine attached)! This is much more accurate, doesnt make a mess, and significantly reduces the risk of operator error. In addition to that, Danielle answered all of my questions and explained what would happen every step of the way. At this point, I am waiting on aligners and to get this thing started. I will definitely come back and revise/add to this review as time goes on. But from an initial standpoint? Things look great and I am excited. This particular office was clean, thorough, and met all of my expectations.

Absolutely terrible experience. Was supposed to be a 4 month process. I am going on 10 months now, will be at least a year by the time I am done. If the initial plan doesn't work, they will keep extending it but it takes months each time to send new impressions and get new aligners. You also have to pay again for the impression kit. I never got my rebate for the first one and I haven't gotten it for this one. On top of that, they asked for MORE impressions after i sent the initial ones for my extended plan, and I wasn't reimbursed for that either. Service and speed is terrible. Had I known what a nightmare this would be, it would have been well worth it to spend 3x the cost for invisalign. My teeth look almost the same as when I started, and I'm miserable still wearing aligners every day waiting for new ones to come.

Do you want to be on your second to last aligner and still be waiting for your “mid-treatment dental check-in” despite not being able to bite down without your front teeth hitting each other? The representatives at Smile Direct Club were fantastic! The office, located in Monarch Dental, was conveniently located, and the directions, with landmarks, sent via text message were clear. Adi spoke clearly, was informative, easy to understand, and made me completely comfortable. I left excited & eager! I appreciate the comfort & ease of the spectacular 3D imaging, and how thoroughly the whole process was explained. I can’t wait to get started!

Today was the first day and check in went amazing. They provide you with as much information as you need and plus more. Looking forward to how they handle everything in the future. Getting people in the door is easy it is how you teach them after you get their money it how you define a great customer experience. I have no doubt that they are and will be willing to help me with anything that I need during this process. Thank you, again for helping me start my process to a better smile. (UPDATE REVIEW) So, make sure you get a receipt before you leave. Just tried to get a receipt from them so I can file my taxes and was told that I have to wait 3 business days. Appointment was on Monday and today is Friday, also they will not provide with the receipt or tax information unless you request it. I found this to be odd. So I am still currently waiting on my receipt now so will update when I run into more issues.
