I HIGHLY recommend Smile Direct to anyone and everyone. At the PBG location, everyone was super friendly and helpful. My “smile guide” was Jeannie and she was so awesome at walking me through the process and making sure I understood everything. My biggest insecurity is my smile and while I was a little bit on edge about someone examining every inch of my mouth, I still felt very comfortable and welcomed. No judgements at all. I’m so excited to start my journey with them and have total faith in the work they do here.

The whole process of getting my 3-D scan was such a pleasant one. Stephen was so nice and personable and made the process a lot of fun. I had a wonderful time during my visit to smile direct club. My smile guide Perline was so lovely, she welcomed me with opened arms and I couldn’t have felt anymore at home. Other than the hospitality she really knew what she was doing. I could tell she knew her stuff, I had my doubts but at the end I didn’t even hesitate to buy the package. She really at my trust like no one else, I honestly think I’m in for a transformation the way she explained the process from beginning to end and I am so grateful for that.
