I worked with Mike at Smith Auto Group in Jane. It was the best experience I've ever had with a dealership. My car had been on the fritz for a while and I had tried several places that had ads of working with anyone. They really cared about getting me & my daughter into something safer and more reliable. I hate shopping for cars, but we had a great experience! Our salesman Aaron Blevins was the BEST!!! He's very knowledgeable and not a "pushy" salesman.... Excellent service from April Humphrey and Chad Campbell. Found exactly the car I was looking for - at the price I wanted. Had a great experience with my trade in(s) (yes - two!) and financing was a breeze. I could not have gotten a better financing package anywhere! Matt Schmit made buying a car very easy! I lucked out and found exactly what I was looking for just minutes after it was traded in by another customer. They handled the unusual order of things with ease. Now , he's a quick call away when I need an oil change or new tires too! I will definitely go back to him for my next car purchase!
