Baron Smith is such a kind person that we hate to leave a negative review. But other than him, the customer service was awful. We were told that the installer would be at our house at noon. We both left the office at 11:30 a.m. - when we had so much work to do - so we could remove personal items from the room as requested by the Smith's. Noon rolled around and no one showed up. And then we waited, and waited, and waited. After about an hour, we contacted the main office and were told by Sam Smith that the installer was 25 minutes away. Another hour later, we were told again that the installer was now 20 minutes away. 3 hours and 46 minutes late from our noon installation appointment, the installer finally arrived. While we understand that jobs run late, it would have been professional and respectful for someone to simply let us know that the installer was running late so we could have been productive with our own affairs, instead of sitting and waiting hour after hour. We were called the day after the installation - not to see how everything went, nor to apologize for wasting our time - but to get the authorization to charge the remaining balance of our order. We have 2 more bedrooms to replace carpet in, and we will not be using Smith Family Carpet.

Great experience!!! After visiting the showroom we met the owner, Barron Smith and he was just incredible. We were first time buyers and had so many questions and Mr. Smith was incredibly patient as he \taught\ us about carpet so we could make an informed decision. He then came to our house, spent a great deal of time getting us comfortable with the entire process. He also worked out an amazing deal for us. Our biggest concern was moving the furniture and he said they would take care of all that, too! The installation team was prompt, courteous and professional. We had a few very heavy items that required some creative solutions and they handled it with ease. We couldn't be happier we chose Smith Family carpets.

we like that they are family run, we had the chance to use them and carpet our house, we went to the store they were great to talk to we told them what we were looking for and they had allot samples we did go thru allot of them and made our choice, we really wanted it done by Christmas and they made it happen. the installers were great so easy to talk to and professional, took them a day and a half but the whole house is done and looks great. the only way i know how to thank them is to recommend them to others. again thank you Debbie and Bob Behning
