Was stopped for the night at the Smith Grove travel center and called to inquire about getting a rim and tire replaced. Whomever answered the phone was gruff. I asked if they had retreads. I was told we only use new tires. I asked how much. Without hesitating \500\ I said wow that's alot. \What did you expect?\ I said I was looking for a retread around 275 like I could get at any Loves or TA \Then go to TA!\ and the person hung up. No wonder your shop is a run down barn that is falling apart. This KS the kind of place that only exists to prey upon truckers with roadside emergencies not actual business. Ended up getting a tire and rim from Loves for 400. Your lack of customer service is exactly why small town America is failing.

Not trust worthy they rebuild my hood and did not a good job . Please check all stuff you get repaired with this guys and I don’t recommended to anyone . Complete rip-off to my experience with this shop.
