Sara was so patient and helpful. I arrived with my sister to get our ears pierced at 5:50pm thinking the store closed at 7pm. She agreed to pierce our ears and was so welcoming. Later we found out the store closed at 6pm! She stayed late to help us and didn’t make us feel rushed. Thank you again Sara!

Bri was so polite when I walked in, helped me pick out some nice colored scrunchies. Would definitely come back. Customer service was amazing.

AMAZING customer service!! Bri pierced my first and second holes. She was patient and helpful. I was nervous about getting it done since the last few times I’ve gotten them pierced I’ve had horrible infections. She went over all the different earring and the types of metal they were made from. After the piercing she helped me pick out earrings to change afterwards. From now on I’m only going to this Claire’s and having Bri pierce my ears!

The manager Brianna N (Bri on her name tag) was snotty. I was not allowed to return something because she said the \industrial strength glue\ had released. She also said that there was no one above her to speak with other than corporate (they have district managers), Claire's had to recently change their return policy due to FDA regulations on cosmetics (these regulations have been in place for years and my item was not a cosmetic), said that the company would return my item as damaged but did not receive credit for this (right, because this is a normal business practice) and told me I was not allowed to take a picture of my return because she was the only one working and she had already locked it up on the back (how then, did she get it back there in the first place?!). I used to work at Claire's and know their procedures. Bri has terrible customer service skills and should be working away from people. I will NEVER shop at this or any other Claire's again dye to the treatment if their customers. BEWARE!!
