Purchased dinette set in September 2020 the first day table had small Nick which removes top layer off table over the course of a month there are other areas that are doing the same. Can't really use it to eat at any type of silverware dishes etc causes nicks. Disappointed in quality of set. Customer service was excellent, store has large inventory and some unique peices so I gave 3 star. No return policy so we are stuck will not be shopping there anymore.

Me n my better half recently purchased a home and purchased over 4,000 or more In furniture from here within a 3 week time frame. The dining room set that I purchased has a defect in the wood. So when u eat on the table it leaves little dots on the wood. I was in the store 1 week after delivery looking at a living room set n seen my sales guy Mark whom I always work with and I mentioned to him what was going on with my table and he let me know that I should eat on a place mat! I asked for the manager and Dan Heavner came out and spoke with me and told me to email him the pics of the table. I did and now it’s 2 weeks later no one has called or follow-up with me. Oh I forgot to mentioned that there are no refunds and no one ever offered us any insurance on anything we purchased from there. I love my table and did not want to return it I wanted to know if I was supposed to use a special cleaner on it. When u pay 2000 for something u shouldn’t have to use a place mat or anything else. If there was some special directions for eating on the table that should have been said during the sales pitch or at time of purchase. Due to the manner in which they choose to handle me I will not be purchasing anything else! I hope u enjoyed the commission Mark!

I should have posted a few weeks ago... but...we purchased a leather sofa and love seat last May 2020. After getting it delivered immediately we noticed it just did not sit right. Felt like it was sagging and just not right. We went in and spoke to Mr. Heavener who said he would not have more of that sofa until January. To be honest, I had no idea if they would remember. I was sure we were stuck with a sagging expensive leather sofa. On Jan 8th(ish) I got a call from Dot, who asked us to come in and sit on a new sofa (same model) that came in. She wanted to be sure it felt different and right. It was soooo different. Much more supportive and no sagging. 2 weeks later it was delivered to our home. And they swapped out the old one. Heaveners really took care of us... even though we notified them after a couple months. They are great people and have great selection of good quality furniture! Thank you Mr. Heavener!
