Very accommodating when I got the incorrect covid test performed. Visited the following morning and was able to get another swab from me right away! Unfortunately it has been 6 days and I have not received a result. I had anticipated this and adjusted my travel plans accordingly. Got another test at a different chain of clinics and received the result for the exact same test in one day.

Low cost, Friendly care. We've been here a few times. Once for initial visit, once for back issue, another time for the Mrs & I getting blood work, again for a benign tumor and once because Mrs heavy mensing. Today, clogged earwax build up in my left ear. They always help. Dr Valerie & Staff are cool, down to earth, clean & professional. Very affable office. And they put up with my million questions which is cool af too.

Poor communication. Will not return phone calls. Each person you talk to tells you something different for example I was told they could not mail test results. Today I was told they will put my test results in the mail. It has been 8 days since my appointment and finally a call back after leaving several messages. Total waste of money to be seen here. Sent an email 2/18 to the email below No response.

I was seen this past Saturday 02/06/2021. I went in for a rapid covid test. The doctor that saw me suggested I get tested for the flu as well. I agreed. All went well with the visit, he called and said I was negative for Covid yet positive for Flu B. He asked where I would like my Tamiflu meds to be sent? I replied realo pharmacy and quickly changed my mind remembering they would be closed. I asked him if he could send my Tamiflu to walgreens in benson instead because they are opened. He said yes. I called walgreens to see if my prescription was ready, they said they had NOT recieved anything for me. That night I felt chest pains and ended up in the ER the next day. I called walgreens and realos again today neither of them recieved ANY prescriptions from Medfirst for Tamiflu. Thank God I was able to get Tamiflu from the ER. I am very disappointed with Medfirst, being a former patient I went there to be seen and usually never have had any issues. Hope this issue never happens again for anyone.

It’s always up in the air what kind of care you will get at an urgent care BUT my experience was excellent. We were checked in immediately and our medical assistant Devin was immaculate at the service she gave us. She went out of her way to make sure we were seen and properly taken care of! She was very detailed with all things we needed to know. I’d have to give her the 5 star and why I would recommend MedCost!
