The night started out good. We were seated right away. We ordered drinks and appetizers and received in a timely manner. Our waitress was knowledgeable and friendly. We ordered our entrees and finished the apps. I ordered another glass of wine. We waited and waited and waited. People at a table near us left, new people came in and were eating their entrees before we even got ours. Our waitress had walked past our table several times, and was waiting on the table I mentioned. She never once stopped by our table to offer an apology for the lateness of our meals. I am very disappointed in the service. I will not go back.

We had a wonderfully attentive waitress, and the food was delicious. All drinks and entrees had a thoughtful presentation. Also, they made sure to keep the table clean at every opportunity. This place is truly worth the money and I'd love to go here again!

Heard good things about this restaurant when I moved into the area. Finally got to try it for a family birthday. No one in my party of 4 was impressed with their food, however, the birthday cake they made was delicious. The ambience was nice & service was great but with the large amount of Italian restaurants around here, we probably won’t be going back.

What a pity this restaurant has become. Once my absolute favorite is unfortunately a place I will no longer be visiting. We ordered penne al’a vodka and requested extra sauce as last time we ordered to go it was quite dry to say the least. They failed to give extra sauce on the contrary it was so dry it was inedible. We drove 35 minutes to get the food. How despicable. If you cannot get the food to order as requested you say as such. I would have had no problem even paying for the extra sauce if that is the problem that your establishment has become that cheap. We always went to the Providence location prior to covid and not once ever had an issue. If you cannot handle to go orders do everyone a favor and don’t offer it. What a waste of time and money. Unfortunately it will not allow me to upload a picture since I am writing this on my phone for everyone to see but if management reaches out which I do not foresee as it does not seem management cares about their customer I will surely provide it to them.

Excellent food and wait staff. Gorgoues inside music was soft relaxing wonderful atmosphere. I gave it 5 stars of the wait staff excellent food etc but one problem there host omg a gorgeous restaurant upscale atmosphere but the host were a mini skirt so short to her butt didn't look right at all a place like this should have employee dress better than that.. mangers wait staff other host excellent appearance but this did not look right...

Fantastic food and unique, tasty drinks. Never have had a problem here. Everyone is polite, and eager to assist, if needed. Checked upon, and food came in a timely manner. Very good place to eat!

When we have dined in it has been a good experience but as far as takeout very disappointed. The food is excellent the problem is that they don’t get the order correct. Four times in the last two weeks or so we have gotten takeout and they messed it up every time. Good thing we only have one more gift card to use . *Update: after being contacted by a Siena staff member who apologized for the multiple mix ups I feel as though they do care about their customers satisfaction, a feeling we did not get when we had called them last about our incorrect order prompting my previous review. Thank you
