I contacted this local office and could not get in touch with anyone who could answer a simple question. I phoned several times, got sent to voicemail, even got hung-up on. Had to drive to the office and wait 45 minutes just to ask a simple question which took less than ten seconds. The ONLY person who knew, a Ms. (or Mrs.) Jackson right off the top of her head had the answer in without delay. Thank you, Ms. Jackson. I'll ask for you (if I'm allowed) the next time.
