I love Smith's, and I wish this location was bigger so they could carry more items! I shop here quite frequently. Some of the cashiers are better than others, and I wish they had self checkout. The seafood/meat department seems to be understaffed as when I need help at the seafood case I have a long wait most of the time.

I found the chips I was looking for. If anyone has corn allergies this is a good type to try

They have some of the more niche items of cooking than some other big grocery stores, which is nice for when I want something and can't wait for online orders. The bakery is decent as well.

This Smith's is rundown compared to most other Smith's and doesn't have the same variety.

I grew up here lol. It’s so weird coming back as an adult. Really great store overall.

I am only giving this location a 2 star because I almost always have a great experience shopping in-sore--honestly, the checkers and baggers are lovely and the produce section is quite good for somewhat-rural Utah. This review will be mostly a quick account of my most recent delivery experience, which was a totally and completely ridiculous. The driver tried to deliver 160 worth of my groceries to the WRONG house--and when the owner didn't answer they left all of my items at THEIR neighbors house (which is across the road and adjacent from my home). I have never met these neighbors, and it made for a very awkward introduction during a pandemic (of all things). Also, the shopper replaced instant coffee with coffee that you actually have to brew.....defeats the purpose of buying instant coffee. What adds to this experience, is that when I called the store to make the the manager aware of the situation--she blamed everything on Instacart (the company they hire this process out to) and threw in really weak "sorry" as she was hanging up. I was actually pretty polite on the phone, and felt like she walked all over me and was of zero help. If you can't be alligned with your business partners and support their actions, then both companies are to blame. This was such an obnoxious experience, I kinda can't believe this even happened and that no responsibility was taken. I really don't want to have to go back to Walmart delivery, but YIKES. I mean, leaving 160 worth of groceries at a strangers house? They had my cell number, they couldn't have made a call?

I have been searching for a particular medicine for my daughter that has been out of stock basically everywhere since everyone has been buying everything off of the shelves. My wife called Smiths and they actually had it in stock!! I run over there real quick showing up at 7:50 only to be told they were closed so they could have time to sanitize. That is all fine and great but it's 7:50 the store closes at 8:00!!! They would not let me in. Not only that one employee in particular Zack was very unprofessional. I asked to talk to the manager and he said he doesn't know who it was and that he was busy. I asked for the phone number and he claimed he didn't know it? What employee doesn't know the phone number of where he works?? I finally got the phone number and managers name from the female employee. I called and the phone rang for over 15 minutes with no answer from anyone. I will never shop at this store again.
