The Starbucks in this Smith's I promise you is the best one! All the employees who work there are so so nice! They are really quick, so no long lines like the drive thru. They will make your day better, along with your order!

I shop at a few different smiths and this one is tied for my absolute fav! Clean place, friendly people. Go shop here.
I usually love this grocery store, and I drive from salt lake to go to this location but they don’t enforce masks at all, there were three guys not wearing masks around the store and I informed an employee and they didn’t do anything, they let them check out normally and everything, really ridiculous, they either enforce the law or they don’t.
I live very near this Smiths and love shopping here. It’s to the point where multiple employees know me (largely because I live in the/their community and have brightly colored jewel tone hair). When the pandemic started. I changed a lot of my habits to ensure I was protecting myself and my loved ones, many of whom belong to vulnerable groups. Shopping at this Smith’s is one of the habits I did not change. This smiths was enforcing a mask policy, even before there was a statewide mask mandate. There was a greeter at the door to address the mask issue with anyone coming in without one. I never saw anyone without a mask on (other than this one produce employee who still wears his under his nose. Face palm) Sadly that seems to have changed, even though there is still a statewide mask mandate in place. A week or so ago I go in and see MANY people with no mask at all. I ask one of the employees I’m familiar with and she tells me that Kroger no longer allows them to require masks. They are only allowed to encourage mask wearing. Seriously?! Not only is there a statewide mask mandate but there are now multiple more highly contagious variants/mutations spreading in the U.S. This is not the time to be relaxing mask standards. If Kroger continues to not require masks in store, I’m going to have to move to online purchase and pick up and it won’t be with Kroger. It’s definitely cheaper and easier elsewhere. If you remove the superior in-store experience, there’s no reason for to not shop at your competitors.
I love this place since they have a lot of kind of cakes with affordable price
This store has a large selection to choose from. They have Starbucks, fresh deli food, a sushi bar, and dining area also. The store is well stocked and clean. The cashier I had was rude and unfriendly. When I mentioned an item on sale, she said " no it's not." The bagger checked and it was on sale. I was appalled by her demeanor. When I finished paying I looked at the receipt and noticed she overcharged me 16.00 on salads. I did get my money back. The employees I dealt with getting the refund, were not any friendlier than the cashier.
Whoever does the ordering at this store cannot keep grocery bags in stock. Never once have I ran into this issue at any other store, but every few months they’ve ran out of bags. And that’s only the times I’ve gone in there, I’m sure it happens more often. The store layout sucks too but the employees on the floor are nice. Management likes to stand around and chit chat with their masks on their chin. Not a big fan of this location.
I stop here more than any other smiths. I really enjoy shopping here when I'm in the area. The store is stocked well and has a nice atmosphere.
