1 month ago I purchased bamboo bedding from Smith's Janitorial Supply, after a search on Amazon. I decided to purchase 100% bamboo bedding and there are plenty to choose from on Amazon. I started researching the best chemical free, cooling, softest bamboo bedding and I found out the weaving of the fabric plays a huge role in how soft and cooling the sheets feel. I read the reviews online, saying the inter-twill weaving seemed to keep you cooler longer. Other people said these sheets were silk like and that's what I was looking for. I saw their guarantee if they ripe, tear, pill they will replace them free of charge, so I decided to give them a try. I spoke to one of Smith's customer service reps and they said if I didn't like them I could return them and get a refund. I purchased the sheets online and they were at my door within 7 days. The sheet set felt heavy when taking it out of the box and I thought to myself this wasn't going to work for me. I was wrong, these sheets were light as a feather. My bed was definitely several degrees cooler than the room and I slept great on these sheet. They washed well with gentle detergent and still look as good as new. I am in love with these sheets and I'm going to purchase them in grey very soon. I only have one set and I keep on washing them and putting them back on the bed. No more cotton sheets for me :)

Love these bed sheets. There like silk but breathable. No more waking up tossing and turning throwing the sheet of the floor. Our 1st night I wasn't sure if these sheets were temperature adjusting and would help me sleep cooler. We slept better and I didn't wake up once in the middle of the night. They washed well in cold water on low heat when drying. I was surprised they felt like canvas when you take them out of the washer, they go right back to their silk like feel when you take them out of the dryer. They arrived within 4 days. I want sure if these sheets would compare to my Egyptian cotton sets, but we wanted to try something that was breathable and durable. These sheets are well made, not thin but still breathable and as soft as silk. I like the fact there eci-friendly and chemical free unlike some types of cotton. I like the fact there a USA based company with USA based customer service and they answered my questions about sheet size and softness of the sheets.

I ordered disinfectant wipes and gloves July 1st... I was patient, waited the “maximum” 15 weeks and reached out to see when I would receive my order. I got a short note stating it would ship 10/25... nothing shipped on 10/25 and nothing since. No one will return my correspondence! This company is a disgrace. I can be patient and understanding, but to entirely ignore me after placing an over 200.00 order. This is not okay!!!

I placed an order at the beginning big April 2020 for a case of Lysol Wipes, Purell hand sanitizing wipes, Purell hand sanitizer and clorox clean up. The website stated 5-15 weeks for delivery because of covid. I only received the Lysol Wipes. I inquired numerous times about my other products, the response was high demand during covid. My last response which was one week ago that my order would be shipped November 3, it should arrive around November 8 or 9. Today is November 12, still no items. I call, email about getting a refund I'm tired of waiting it's been 7 months. I ask for a refund, no response. I am disappointed in this janitorial company. I will not order from them again. Also they don't provide any shipping information, so you just have to guess when and if you might receive your order. I requested a refund on Nov. 12 for the items I never received. I provided what card I used and a phone number, still no refund issued or I have I been informed like I requested. I'm sure people are extremely busy. Each day that goes by with no refund I will ad to my review

I recieved my Clorox wipes, Lysol spray and purell hand sanitizer for my office and home. The price was much cheaper than Amazon. Amaxon wanted over 84.00 for the lysol wipes and there was still a waiting period. You have to wait a while but no one can find these products in the stores.

I Purchased these bed sheets and have slept using them for just under 3 weeks. I washed them in a eco-friendly detergent with no bleach or harsh chemicals. My skin in very sensitive to chemicals in beauty products and I break out easily. I have eczema and it is easy for me to over heat get itchy during the night. I have not woken up once feeling itchy when sleeping in these sheets. Very cooling and smooth to the touch. It was missing th e fkay sheet when I bought this set. I contacted customer support and they sent me a flat sheet to match my set that day. I recieved it in a week and it fits perfect. My cat loves these sheets almost as much as I do.
