Contacted Randy as I was having difficulty replacing the previously installed alarms due to strange wiring. Randy was prompt to return my initial call on the same day and was able to come out quickly and replaced all 12 of my alarms. Randy took the time to ensure I didn't have any questions and explained what to do if we noticed strange behavior. I would due business with Smoke Detector Pro again.
