The new person they got there now, order wrong merchandise. Never answer the phone. I bought a new vape and it’s no because only you can find is from there. I like other guy that was there

10:08 still no one here. Actually let me add to this. The only reliable vape shop in the area is Elixirz. This place could have had a potential customer if they did something as simple as show up on time. That tells a lot about a business in my opinion. I went out of my way to come here, and will not be back!

This place is horrible. This is like the 15th time store isnt open, they never have anything in stock and mock your choices. Sad thing was ive given this location multiple chances, ive even hung around when the sign said and still no staff show up and they never put my point in the system on pretty much every visit. Low or out of coils, pods, (mostly smok) and juice choices have taken a major quality dip and very limited selection.

This is the only vape shop I will go to as I never feel pressured to buy anything I don’t want. The manager is very honest about his opinions and helps me find what’s best for me. I would definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.

Got there a little after 10, and while the store was opened, there was nobody inside. Stood around for a minute yelling into the back before walking out. When I came back 15 minutes later there was an employee, and he had the coils i needed at a good price; when i asked about a new tank he gave a few recommendations (i was originally looking for a replacement for a broken one and was told the company only makes coils now), and I picked up an old sub ohm clearomizer that wasn't priced as well. Paid about 25 for the tank new (which goes for under 10 most places, but i chalk that up to retail markup), and as i was only in state for the day, and stopped here after finding out they opened earlier than the standalone shops I was unable to really shop around. I found out the next day that the box for the 'new' tank was at least missing an extra glass part, so the markup now seems much less justified.

I did not like the vibe the weekend worker Rich gave off. was watching tv while working. Usually a great stop for vape needs but I will not be coming back.

My boyfriend had bought a vape from here not even a month ago and the batteries weren't working, it constantly leaks, & even when the battery is fully charged it still said low battery and wasnt hitting correctly. We've went back multiple times and every time we would try to return it or even switch it out with another one he would not let us. We had even tried calling and mid conversation he hung up on us. Customer service was complete garbage I wish I could rate them a 0. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
