We rented a baby carrier for our one year old because she hard time in a stroller and it was such an easy and pleasant experience with Cindy and her husband at Smokey strollers! We got right in rented a carrier for our baby, unfortunately we had a family emergency and had to leave our trip very late in the evening So we weren’t able to return it. I got online and replaced it and had the same one shipped right out to them, they were very easy going and understanding of our situation! Overall they seem like very good people, Small family owned business. Highly recommend any one to rent from Smokey strollers if you want to support a family owned establishment with a personal experience ️

We didn't have enough room to pack a stroller for our trip. Thank goodness we found Smoky strollers. They were so friendly! They even delivered. Wonderful people. We will definitely be back next time we're in Gatlinburg.
We were so thankful to find this place existed! We forgot to bring a stroller, and our 2 year old grandson would not have had near the great time he did without one. The owners are so personable and super helpful. They showed us mercy when we had car trouble, when they could have easily charged us for an extra day. Can’t say enough good things about them!
Great people and very helpful, if you need a stroller I would go here.
