Erik and Patrick were very helpful with a short list of projects I had before we moved into our new home. Projects included: replacing a kick plate and weatherproofing exterior doors, removal of a half wall, removal of a bathroom vanity, sink and mirror (all of which were able to be salvaged instead of destroyed). Erik took the time to discuss the full details of the project, pricing, and quality of work. Which in the end, turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. I called the number listed and Eric was extremely prompt to answer and explain exactly what was needed to fix the issue with our front door. He arrived early the next morning with everything needed to get the job done. I texted Erik on Saturday and he was out Sunday morning to install a new exterior door for us! He was very courteous and professional and did a fantastic job at an affordable price. Erik painted and replaced my back patio door. The project was completed efficiently, affordable, and was scheduled in a reasonable timeframe, which was a big challenge when going through other companies with higher quotes. I definitely recommend 3G's Doors and More! Lessons Learned: communication skills yield an opportunity for improvement. I had called a couple times with no response until I decided to text the number on file to which a reply came shortly thereafter. While I'm certain the team is busy performing quality work throughout the city, attention to potential customers could be improved as to not miss a sales opportunity and for consumers to not miss a great deal on great work.
