I visited Adventure Outdoors on Saturday 02-20-2021 with the intention of a purchase of a handgun, at first the experience was not going well. Everything turned around when a specialist named Alex helped me out with my questions. Alex was very helpful and knowledgeable about the handgun I was trying to decide on, if it had not been for him being a good customer service person and very personable I would have not purchased. I have been there 3 other times but never purchased because of a bad experience so thank you Alex for your help.

Went to store not knowing anything they had in stock (they don’t currently show it on website). Told myself if they had one of four of my dream guns I’d buy it. They had all four! Luckily I had enough sense not to buy all four but came away with my number one that I’d wanted forever. Prices are higher now than ever before but this is COVID times. The team was very helpful and plenty of staff were available to help me even though this was a very busy Saturday afternoon. They had all the ammo I needed too, which was a bit shocking. I love this store. Impressive inventory and very nice staff.

Amazing place to purchase ammunition and guns! Was able to get in and out of there in under an hour, even on Christmas Eve! Mark, behind the home defense shotgun counter, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when making my purchase. I love this store!

Every one really appreciated the friendly service. I hope to go soon after covid-19. They a fun taxidermy display too. It doesn't look like much from outside, but is very spacious, allows ample social distancing and a lot of cool stuff inside.

Very disappointed and thought I would never in my life think they would sink this low. I have bought thousands of dollars on guns, ammo, gun safe's, and accessories. Went in there today and the prices on their ammunition is outrageous. Also they were selling a pencil box that you can get from the dollar tree for 5.99 in the used gun boxes/rifle bags section up front (picture posted of pencil box). I will not spend another dime in this store.
