I purchased 2 sets of Brazilian clip ins for 90/piece. I had someone pick them up for me because I trusted that this was 100 % virgin hair. Unfortunately that is not the case. It smells like plastic and is shiny like Alie Express hair. The hair tangles very badly also but it’s straight hair at this point. I’ve purchased the Malaysian bundles before and the hair wasn’t like this. Highly disappointed!

Bought 3 bundles of Indian bodywave and a closure last week. I had the hair installed on yesterday and I am VERY disappointed. The hair is thin, does not hold any curls, and sheds like crazy!! Never again will I get hair from All Virgin hair

I am appalled at the service I received after visiting this establishment. I was recommend to come here by a close relative and was very excited to buy my products. The sign when you approach the door says to ring the door bell, my cousin and I did and no one came to the door. We then decided to knock as we saw there were people in the store and a lady came and opened the door with a horrible attitude. I then explained that we only knocked because know came to the door and she ignored me. They barely explained the different hair extensions they had and had No enthusiasm doing it. THAT was my introduction to the store... very sad. I WILL NEVER COME TO OR BUY from this place again.

Visited 9/22/2020. Great feeling soft bundles. I bought 2 of the 14” Amazon curly. I also purchased what I thought was a 12” Amazon curly frontal. The curls seemed super tight to me when the cashier took the closure out of the packaging. The cashier told me the curls would fall after cowashing. After my stylist washed it, we discovered that the frontal was a different texture than the bundles. Honestly, I’m pretty sure I was (perhaps accidentally) sold a some type of kinky curly frontal. The texture difference is very obvious and frustrating since it was a 190 piece that is way more coarse and a different curl pattern than the bundles. After leaving the shop and getting into my car to look at my receipt, I called back no more than 10 minutes later to tell the cashier that the tag on the frontal I bought had a 160 price tag on it, but the receipt said 190. She told me the receipt is right and the label is wrong.... Weird. Not to mention— Another bundle of mine had both “12 inch” and “14 inch” printed on it with the “12 inch” whited out... Also weird. Now I feel deceived. Either that or someone messed up the labels and didn’t take time to print new ones that match the product. I honestly believed the cashier and forgave the label mishap until the texture of the hair was indeed different than the bundles. The stylist had to work hard just to blend two different textures that theoretically should have been the same. This is nothing against the cashier, she is sweet. It’s the quality of the product that I’m upset about. If in fact I was sold an Amazon curly frontal, one that was hand picked by the owner, then the quality of the 190 frontal is no good...or maybe I just got a terrible frontal. Either way, they make you sign a receipt that says no refunds, so I’ll just leave this comment here. I’m upset, disappointed, and ultimately wasted almost a grand in buying hair and paying for an install of hair that doesn’t match in texture.

The associate was very sweet and helpful and I purchased 2 14” bundles of the Peruvian wavy. Now the hair isn’t raw and I’m sure it isn’t virgin since the hair looked dyed (judging by the formerly silver strands) and there was a slight chemical smell that reminds me of the smell of pack hair. During and after co-washing there was no residue in the water and no tangles. The softness and shininess stayed after air drying. I will attach photos before and after I co-wash for comparison sake. The hair dried with more volume, which I liked and ended up installing almost 2 bundles. After a week of styling and another wash and pass of a flat iron, there has been no shedding, tangles, or split ends. Very satisfied.
