I took my vehicle in for an obvious throbbing noise and major heavy vibration that occurs when accelerating between 10 and 25 MPH. Three attempts, 2,000.00 plus, total of two months in their possession and I still have the same issue. I’m being advised by the owner and cashier, that this is a minor issue due to the vehicle having 230K miles. I have given this shop more business than I should have with the same results . It’s only because they are conveniently near my home and we are in a sense, neighbor’s. It’s very unfortunate as a whole, they aren’t honest or reliable (Owner, Cashier or mechanics). If you have to use them (not that I am recommending you do) test drive your vehicle before paying, if it is not fixed then don’t pay. Valuable lesson learned.
