Look no further -- these guys are the best. I am a busy school teacher / single mom and when my heat went out one night (when the low was 30 degrees) I called them right away. They quickly scheduled my service, and took care of the issue. The repairman (I wish I could remember his name) even took the time to explain to me what happened. The price was reasonable, and the service thorough. It was a very good experience and I plan to use their services moving forward :)

Ryan came to our home and took a look at our system bc it wasn't heating on the first floor. He was very professional and friendly (even let our dog jump on him) He carefully took a look at all options and called other experts in his office for diagnosis. I appreciated that he ran down all of my options and not just the expensive one. Plus he was realistic and transparent about it all. Will definitely be using them again.

Ethan was very polite, on time and certainly knowledgeable. I really liked that he took photos since my system is in a crawl space under the house. He made a small repair and explained how if could benefit to prevent a larger problem down the road. Dave their Sales Manager helped me in reviewing a mini split I had purchased even though they were unable to install. So happy I found this company!

After a bad diagnostic appointment with another provider, I called Carter and Sons for a second opinion. The technician explained his recommended course of action and didn't pressure me to invest several thousands of dollars on the spot like the other company did. I was much more comfortable with their approach and I genuinely believe they are in the business of happy long-term customers and a strong referral network.
