I went to get a tire repair and the tire was under warranty. The store manager informed that the tire couldn't be repaired but I could purchased a new set tires. I will never buy another set of tires from Discount Tires every again.

Had to Come back 3 days later when I realized that the Balance, tire rotation and fix a flat Wasn’t performed even though I was told it was all good to go . Waste of 2.5 hours and another 1.5 hours today (3 days later ) What in the world . How can they miss this and I have an orange Jeep ... Anyways, they got the “second” star because they fixed the problem today
My experience was pretty pleasant! They have a check in line outside to avoid overcrowding in the store and the employees were all very helpful and masked up. They also fixed the nail in my tire within and hour and at no cost. I will definitely come back here for the great service!
Fantastic customer service! Came in as a walk-in with a flat tire and they got me taken care of right away at a fantastic price. Highly recommend! Will be back for all my tire needs.
First time discount tire customer, overall impression: Satisfied. Pros: Clean, bright, organized. Much better setting than regular tire shops Employees friendly and respectful, also seems well trained Easy price match Free air, rotation (and repair I think?) Fast shipment for pre-ordered tires Cons: Really busy even on weekdays. Make sure to book an appointment. Didn't honor the 30-day return policy. Had to get corporate involved for the return. But happy ending. Manager is not bad at all but can be more courteous. Conclusion: Highly recommend this location. Will do future tire business with them and will recommend to friends. Tips: Book appointment. If waiting time is long, take Uber to Cumberland mall to kill time.
