I highly recommend Duraclean of Atlanta. Justin was sent to my home to clean up dark spots the movers had left on my new (just-installed) carpet. Needless to say, I was very upset about the spots and nervous about the carpet cleaner smudging the spots and making it worse. That was not the case. All of the spots were gone when Justin was finished. The carpet looked new again! What I also appreciated about Justin was how knowledgeable and helpful he was. He gave me tips on how to clean up spots myself (and not by using carpet spot remover cleaners nor soapy water) and how I could immediately walk on the clean (but still damp) carpet without dirtying it up all over again. He clearly is an expert in his field. I highly recommend Duraclean of Atlanta – I was most pleased!

This is the second time using Duraclean for our carpet/area rug cleaning. We have 3 dogs that have the run of the house. Justin has been our tech both times and he does a fantastic job especially on spotting. He is very reliable and knowledgeable. We will be using them for all our cleaning.

Duraclean did a great job cleaning up and remediating the water in the basement. My basement flooded twice in the same month and both times Duraclean come out promptly cleaned it up and got it dried. They are my go to for water remediation.

We called Duraclean to discuss carpet cleaning. We had pet odors and the usual wear and tear, but nothing major. I spoke with the owner, who took the time (on a weekend) to explain the process to me, answer my questions, and explain the difference between his service and the service I used to use (a major carpet cleaning chain). The price was very reasonable, the reviews were all positive, so I booked the appointment. Greg was my technician. He was right on time, and called me 20 minutes prior to his arrival to let me know he was almost at my house. He was super polite, professional, wore a mask, and seemed like someone who takes great pride in what he does. He said he specializes in major remediation work, like after a water heater bursting. From his demeanor, he's exactly who I would call in a nerve-wracking situation like that. He cleaned the carpets in 4 bedrooms, 1 hallway, and a walk-in closet for us. Our house smells great, and it's been 2 days and we still don't smell the dog odors, so we think he really resolved our issue. I would use this company again, especially for some of our fancier area rugs, and I would definitely recommend Duraclean to anyone. I don't have any pictures to upload because staining wasn't an issue for us. But if you could smell our carpets before and after, you'd be a believer!
