Initially had some issues regarding an order. Had made some inquiries without receiving a reply and I was starting to worry. I then received a reply from Mr. Gazaway apologizing for the lack of communication and explaining that he was working on resolving the issue. It took a little bit to get things straightened out but I cannot express the gratitude for all the hard work that this gentleman did in assisting me with the order to keeping me updated.
