The used item I ordered was exactly as described and was at an excellent price (significantly cheaper than any I could find on eBay). The packing was more than adequate for the item though it didn't need much as it was just a cable release adapter. KEH will be first on my list for used items before meandering through eBay!

But with confidence, they stand behind what they sell, and offer no hassle returns and exchanges. Only thing is the actual item is not pictured when you purchase, but the conditions are usually better than what they list it as. Only time this was an issue, was when I bought a “2.8F ever ready case” but in reality it was a case for a 3.5E. Luckily I have a 3.5E, so it was no biggie. Otherwise I would have had to return it.

KEH is a great company to deal with. I recently purchased a lens and received very helpful information from one of their staff (Erik). Also, my camera, bought from an acquaintance, had visible dust particles when looking through the viewfinder. I sent it to KEH and within a week had it back - no more dust particles.
