As a resident, my recommendation for buyers are to wait till construction is complete Summer 2018. The crews work from 7am-8pm Monday-Saturday and blast music over the construction noise during this time. Escalation to the project and construction managers, and internal EA office leadership, has been unsuccessful. They have no reason to appease residents and cannot control the worker's even though their construction schedule is behind. Very nice homes, but a lot of new construction in the area to choose from if time is sensitive.
