This is a lovely friendly beautiful and clean facility! Daphanee at the front desk helped me so much! I came in with a broke foot she made sure to help me as much as she could to make me feel comfortable! Tommy was helpful as well !! Courtney the M.A was so friendly and helpful and made me feel at ease with the situation! And Dr. Noon was great made sure I understood everything! I would recommend this urgent care to everyone! ️️️ Thanks ladies !

It's easy to get tricked into giving them 5 stars because the place looks nice and the receptionists are nice. But the doctor will just try to get rid of you as fast as possible just to move on to the next patient. He didn't even listen to my reason for coming in! Gave me a urine test for something I wasn't at all worried about and then just came in to say it was fine, completely ignoring my concerns (that had nothing to do with a urine test). The REAL surprise was when the bill arrived.... they dared to charge me 260 when it's clearly stated at the clinic and on their website that urine and blood tests are considered a basic visit, that should cost 155 ! I usually always choose Piedmont but that's my first and last time going to this clinic. A week later I ended up going to a minute clinic (CVS), there was no wait, they preformed more tests, and the bill was 102. *** I attached a screenshot from the email that I got back from them, explaining that I was charged a grade 3 rate because they made me wait at the clinic for the doctor to come in for less than 2 minutes (he literally stood at the door!) . So the longer you wait to be seen, the more you pay. Did I mention I was the only patient at the clinic when I came in? Oh and BTW, if you have insurance then you're screwed anyway, so don't worry about the long wait! (Haven't reached my deductible so I have to pay it out of pocket in full), I filed insurance with CVS as well, still received the posted low rate, because they have some decency.

Great experience getting COVID-19 testing for travel requirements. Will return for future services needed. Receptionist, nursing staff & doctor were very nice & welcoming. Easy process. Very clean environment. Felt safe while there.

Pros: This facility is very clean. In fact, they were cleaning the waiting area when I arrived. I was the only one there, aside from two employees. Their instructions were clear & everyone had a friendly tone, which isn't always the case at medical facilities. I filled my information out in the car & didn't have to wait long after submitting it. The RN made sure I was comfortable & explained the COVID test procedure to me, then proceeded to administer it. It's really not as bad as I thought it'd be & it was over pretty quickly. The doctor was friendly, explained the process, & asked if I had any additional questions. I would definitely recommend this facility. Cons: None. :)

Very nice and clean facility! Our nurse Danielle was extra nice and helped answer questions regarding Covid testing for traveling! I would highly recommend this location! Very speedy and professional!
