Tara Simon responds in real-time to coach each student. She is the real deal, and you can see that in her numerous YouTube videos. Tara was succeeding with remote instruction long before 2020, and this course is as close as you can get to private lessons, at a fraction of the cost, for the level of expertise of the instructor. So fun!

I have a son who takes lessons from Rodrigo at Tara Simon Studios. Rodrigo’s compassion to music is outstanding and has give AJ an outlet to express him self through music. I love the enthusiasm Rodrigo shares about playing the guitar. We have had other instructors but none the same as this humble but amazing and now close friend of our family guy. Nothing but greatness here. ️
My daughter attends guitar lessons with Mr. Rod. He is great, patient and knowledgeable. Very encouraging even when she messes up. This is very important because she is only 8 and needs that kind of teacher. I've had a great experience with the company overall.
I signed up for a free intro consultation with Tara Simon Studios, I was really looking forward to getting their feedback and potentially starting one on one lessons. However, the instructor never showed up for the Zoom call and I proceeded to email her to follow up on what happened, and I never heard back. I am sure my experience would have been great had I actually received the consultation as promised, but unfortunately I did not. I'm not sure if it was a scheduling conflict, but it seems like something that should have been communicated rather than never hearing back.
As a vocalist who has a lot of trouble with confidence and volume, I was so pleasantly surprised and empowered by my time with Sharmayne. She is an amazing coach, and helped me improve a lot in the areas of my singing that I've been struggling with most. She is super easy to talk to and get comfortable with, and is an expert in many genres and styles of music, and how to excel at performing them. A, after two months of lessons I'm definitely coming back for more soon.
