I was traveling through Georgia when the tranfer case went out on my truck. I was stranded in Georgia with my two young sons and my dog. I called Vinings and they said they would take care of it quickly. So, I had the truck towed to them. I have been a mechanic for thirty years. Remove and replace a tranfercase is a 6 hour job. They had my truck for a week. Everyday I would call for a status update and everyday they said it would be done tomorrow. After spending over 1000 on uber and hotel fees they finally finished my truck. I drove home to Virginia and almost exatone month later my transmission burned up. I checked my transmission fluid and I was three quarts low. Nobody had worked on my truck or even opened the hood since Vinings.i brought it to a local mechanic and the transmission had to be rebuilt. When he started working he found a two wods of papertowels compressed between the transfercase and transmission. When he removed the transfercase he discovered the gasket was torn in two places and rather than replacing the gasket the papertowels had been placed over the rips. Once the papertowles became saturated they leaked out my transmission fluid and burned up my transmission. I called Vinings several times and asked for Denise. Everytime they ssid she wasn't there. Everytime I left a message and I have still not received a return phone call. I asked for Denise's email and sent her two emails about this and received no responde from them. This is a terrible company. I would stay away fromt hem if I were you. I wish I could include pictures in this review.

I have been a customer with Vinnings for 10 years. I went on to write a comment because they got me in today! (last minute) Most complaints were \women.\ who had a problem with Denise, not about “repairs” done to the car (so sad.) Quality CAR REPAIRS (my only concern) has never changed. Much lower than it would be at a BMW dealer.

Great service. I took my car in without an appt and it was fixed within two days. Owner seems to care about the work and customer service.

couldn’t figure out the problem with my car. Instead they replaced parts and charged me, went elsewhere and found out parts I was billed and paid for weren’t even replaced and other things had been broken. This place doesn’t know foreign cars and shady at best.
