Usually feel great about coming in to get my water tested,however the other day March 13th, I came in (noticing the face mask sign on the door) however was greeted by two employees, none were masked up. I think next time I might ask for curb side service. Just saying!

I was in the market for a small spa and chose to go with Snake River Pool and Spa. Best service! They helped me choose the spa that was right for me. I ended up with a 2 seat spa. LOVE IT! The complete process was very smooth. They handled everything including the electrical I needed. Fully explained everything and their follow up was great. The company really cares about their customers and their product.

We had been casually looking for a hot tub for a few years. Of course during the pandemic, we finally decide its time to get one, only to find out, there’s none to be had without a long wait until spring. I had given up when I happened to be driving by Snake River Pool & Spa, I decided what the heck, I’ll at least go in. Well, long story short, Jim was able to get us a surplus hot tub that had just arrived on the truck. As new hot tub owners, we got very lucky purchasing from this establishment. Set up was smooth, service since purchase has been outstanding, and we need support since we really didn’t know what we were doing. Jim checked in with us regularly and we are 100% happy with our decision. We wanted a smaller spa, the only spa available was the Hot Spring Sovereign, a 6 person spa. We are happy with the extra space and seats, and are thankful we didn’t end up with the smaller spa. It’s been about a month and we’ve enjoyed it every day since set up. Thank you Jim!

Daniel will take care of you. These folks were answering questions and texts at all hours of the night to help me out. They definitely went above and beyond. The hot tub is perfect, a good fit for my family and good quality. Highly recommend.
