This is one of the most unique and complete fitness centers I have had the good fortune to train at! John the owner has made this SNAP fitness even more versatile by adding a functional fitness area in one half of the facility! Alot of fitness centers could take a lesson from John, the more variety of training equipment and areas you have to offer the greater your customer base will be! This is one of the best facilities in town to get great training in!! I highly recommend anyone to come in and see John to get started on a great program at a high quality facility! ! The hours are perfect and there is no crowds like bigger gyms and fitness centers! !

Good facilities with nice equipment. I worked out here for a week and it was great. Injured my back (unrelated) and was unable to go anymore, so I sent an email to cancel, that email was ignored and I was charged monthly fee and late fee. Sent another email to cancel, again ignored, again charged for monthly fees. No late fee this time but also no food money for a week, because they can't cancel a membership. So the one week of good workouts has cost around 145, on what was supposed to be a free trial.
Better than any big box gym
Payment system is flawed and billing issues fall on client. Only care about money, poor customer service under new management.
Great fitness center, friendly staff and customers! Loved it while on a month visit to Tucson. Adequate free weight and squat racks as well as a nice large area to do some cross training!
Gym who make you give access to your account are lining you up for a rip off. If you're silly enough to sign up with a gym that makes you give them access to an account. Be smart, open a second account before you sign up. When you want to quit, close that account. No insufficient funds fees because it's closed. Don't be silly and close it before you quit because you can get in some trouble. But if you write a note telling them you quit. Put dates on it and everything. Make a copy for yourself. Then close that account the day you stop your gym membership. Close the account first then go in that day and close your membership. If you do it the other way around they'll take money from that account. If you don't have any money in there, you get stuck with overdraft fees. Also inform your bank you've quit and the gym has no more permission to any accounts. Most the time the bank will watch your back. Don't let these thieving gyms rip you off.
Called for some BASIC information and the guy I spoke with was aggressive, rude and short tempered. He was hesitant to answer key questions about the club, the nature of their contracts, and kept trying to force me to “come down” to the club. In my experience, this is a MAJOR Red Flag. Why on God’s green Earth don’t you train the people answering your phones on decent customer service skills? Do you think being rude to prospective members is the way to gain clients? I will definitely avoid this place; suggest you do the same!
Love this gym, great lay out. Lots of equipment to choose from. All staff are friendly and knowledgeable. It's cool inside too, not a sauna like other gyms.
