Different than any Snap I've been to - interesting setup - has ALL the equipment. Four and a half stars as I didn't see a shower...
This is the cleanest and roomiest Snap Fitness location I've been to. (Little Canada is great, but it has its space limitations.) Parking is easy, there are three entrances for your convenience, the temperature is always controlled and the equipment is clean and well-maintained. Everyone there is always respectful, whether it's staff or other members. I always look forward to going to the gym because they make it a point to create an environment in which you can thrive.
Great little gym. Not too crowded with great staff and management. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to work out and not be surrounded by hoards of people (think YMCA, Xperience, LA, Lifetime etc.)
Best pricing on personal training and membership around. Newly renovated and very spacious with functional layout and new equipment. Ali creates a wonderful culture and is a great trainer.
Our Snap Fitness location on Weir Drive in Woodbury is convenient and easy to access 24X7. It is rarely overcrowded. Allison the manager and jack of all trades is fantastic, very responsive and attentive to our needs.!! The Weir drive location could use a bit more space and could replace older and broken equipment in a more responsive manner. Otherwise we love it here!
Always clean and never overcrowded. The owner is always super friendly when I have any questions. Overall, a great gym with good equipment.
For your money, go to Xtreme Fitness. It’s right down the road, has way more equipment, costs less, and better service. We signed up last night and it was a breeze. Do not use Snap. Clint is the manager and makes the process more complicated that it should be. He’s extremely numbers focused and made us sign up a second time (and waste over an hour of our time) so he could count the numbers for his store. My spouse’s card didn’t work and he was never there, even when we went as early as 3:00 in the afternoon, to fix the card. When we tried to cancel, he refused to cancel our membership until after the beginning of the next month so he could get the count. This was entirely money motivated and poor customer service.
